The Anatomy of a Malpractice Lawsuit and Claim will discuss what physicians can expect throughout the claim and lawsuit process with examples from real-life past cases. Physicians can look forward to better understanding the claim and lawsuit process, learning the do’s and don’t of litigation, and how best to prepare themselves.
