The Anatomy of a Malpractice Lawsuit and Claim will discuss what physicians can expect throughout the claim and lawsuit process with examples from real-life past cases. Physicians can look forward to better understanding the claim and lawsuit process, learning the do’s and don’t of litigation, and how best to prepare themselves. Please join the Cooperative of American Physicians at 333 Pacific Steak & Sea for this free program.
