Give this explosion in communication, how can health care professionals and practitioners expect to continue to be heard when their staff, patients and colleagues are bombarded with messages at a rate unprecedented in human history? And, equally important, how has digital communication impacted your own communication skills?
In this workshop we will uncover the immutable ways humans best receive communication as well as teach communication skills tailored for today’s modern audience.
