A successful medical practice does not happen by accident. It requires strategic planning, developing short and long term goals, and continually updating and expanding your practice’s areas of knowledge.
Join us for a live webinar as we explore what it takes to make a practice successful, profitable, and compliant. We’ll review how to establish and achieve S.M.A.R.T. goals (Specific, Measurable, Action-oriented, Realistic, and Time-based). We’ll cover when to consider bringing in outside expertise and what to handle internally. We’ll also review why you should invest in training for yourself and your staff.
In the webinar, you will learn the key aspects of running a successful medical practice, including:
- The differences between a leader and a manager – and which is most productive
- Establishing a strategic business plan
- Risk management, financial management, billing/coding, and compliance that every administrator should know
- The importance of training your staff
- EMR, IT, human resources, and other critical practice management components
