January 20 – 22 is the Southern California Chapter of the American College of Surgeons 2017 Annual Scientific Meeting at the Biltmore Hotel in Santa Barbara. The program is intended to meet the needs of surgeons in clinical practice for up-to-date information on the latest techniques in general and specialty surgical areas. Participants are welcome to attend any session of interest.
The Cooperative of American Physicians (CAP) invites you to stop by our booth at the exhibit area and pick up some CAP goodies as well as the following useful information:
- The Business Insurance Guide - provides an overview of the types of coverage typically needed by independent physicians, what they cover, and some basic guidelines for evaluating the necessity and benefits of this coverage.
- The Cyber Risk Guide – explore specific steps that physicians can take to decrease the likelihood of a breach and protect their patients’ privacy.
- The Adverse Outcomes Guide – helps you recognize the adverse outcome, contacting your medical professional liability carrier, discussing the case with the affected patient, and beyond.
The first twenty five physicians will also receive a complimentary cell phone power bank.
