Description

Brene Brown writes, "We are emotional, feeling beings, who, on rare occasions, think." While we are emotional beings, many of us were taught that having emotions and feelings were signs of weakness or that they are not meant to be expressed but suppressed. Unfortunately, research has shown that this can cause physical stress and burnout. Dr. Michael Lee and Dr. Pamela Honsberger will give an overview of how to process emotional triggers as we have them and how to process them to help shape our behaviors in a more positive direction using behavioral intelligence and the Brene Brown's Rising Strong process to build on our emotional resilience.
