Few professions embody the degree of stress experienced in the medical profession. Ironically, few professions allow so little time for rest and personal rejuvenation. This day-long workshop will be focused on learning and practicing several different mindfulness and meditation techniques - including sitting, standing, walking, and lying-down practice. The primary focus will be on the actual practice of meditation and methods for allowing it to become an integral part of one's daily life. Participants complete this workshop feeling deep inner peace, profound relaxation, increased mental clarity, and enhanced physical energy.
This workshop is open to beginners and experienced meditators.
