"Integrative Evidence-Based Self-Care for Physicians" (Orange County)

Presentation

Kick the ICD-10 Burnout code with an FDA approved mind-body medicine! Take away internal and external therapies that have been proven via evidence-based medicine. Tried and true from 4,000 years ago to modern day Massachusetts General Hospital white papers.

Let's change how you feel and live everyday of your life. Please bring an open mind and a positive heart that's ready to feel good. Each person will learn a self-care practice. A practice to purge, tonify and regulate your essence, vitality and spirit. As you continue this practice, you will find yourself balancing and expanding more within your field than you realized you could.

*For the guided imagery/meditation portion, you may want to bring a yoga mat to lay down.
