How to Handle the EHR Challenge and Conquer Burnout (Orange County)

Recent surveys indicate that the implementation of EHRs increased burnout and job satisfaction among physicians. The next program in the CAP/OCMA Physician Wellness series "How to Handle the EHR Challenge and Conquer Burnout"  will discuss the role EHR play in physician burnout and ways to combat this epidemic.

This presentation will be focused on helping clinicians understand the contributions electronic health records bring to the industry and the frustrations that go along with it. At the end of the presentation, participants will gain insight on how to best handle these changes and benefit from less stress and burnout.
