Pay My Bill

CAP members can pay their bill online in the Members Area, set up automatic payments, or pay via phone or mail.

CAP members can pay their bills in one of the following ways:

  1. Online: Log in to the Members Area of the CAP website at https://member.CAPphysicians.com and select the “Pay CAP Bill” button. You may pay your bill online by ACH/eCheck, credit card, or debit card.
  2. Autopay: Set up your account for automatic monthly payments by ACH/eCheck or credit card. To set up recurring payments, log in to the Members Only section of the CAP website at https://member.CAPphysicians.com or contact CAP Membership Services at 800-610-6642.
  3. By phone: Call CAP Membership Services at 800-610-6642 to pay your bill by ACH/eCheck, credit card, or debit card.
  4. By mail: Your payment may be made via mail by submitting the remit portion of your statement with a check, credit card number, or checking account information (to pay by ACH/eCheck) to the Cooperative of American Physicians, 333 S. Hope St., 8th Floor, Los Angeles, CA 90071.
